Excellent article on Adrian. He really is starting to look the real deal. We could have a world class keeper on our hands. Marvellous according to Jose Mourinho.

Nice write-up, and Adrian says all the right things.
I struggle to see him ever becoming Spain's regular No.1 though. De Gea is the flavour of the month at the moment.

The fact that he's made more saves than any other Prem Keeper is great - however in actual fact it shows how shit our defence has been....he should never have to stop so many shots!!!
I remember when Sam came to Dubai and was talking about Green - he said that he asked Green what he needs to be a better keeper and Sam said his reply was to get the defence to stop him having to make 10-15 saves a game - the law of probability says that if you let that many shots in a higher number are gonna get through - not rocket science.
Credit where it's due though - given that Adrian has had to make so many saves per game he's doing an excellent job and he deserves a huge pat on the back for that.

I was a tad too harsh in my comments - I'm sure you can appreciate where I'm coming from in that we should not let our keeper have to work so hard...in a way the keeper should never br MOTM because the outfield players that get paid a lot more than a keeper should do the job they are paid to do. Or am I being a tad naive?

You'd think they could have placed the article in November when del bosque made the comment rather than reveal it as news in January.

Nothing to do with the players excellent form, some high profile saves, and the fact the supporters have been clambering for him to get MOM at every home game

I'm not saying West Ham Utd are trying to sell him at all.
It would be a real shame if bids for Adrian came in this transfer window, very unsettling.
